Founder & Culinary Director
Márta brings twenty years of culinary experience and a background in food science education. She developed the Wellness Cooking Journey curriculum after realizing how profoundly cooking knowledge impacts daily wellness choices. Her approach combines traditional Hungarian techniques with contemporary nutrition science, making complex cooking methods accessible and engaging for home cooks.
János Szőke
Content Editor & Recipe Developer
János oversees all editorial content and recipe testing.
